Somehow a big step for us, the body is closed again, bought a 2018 heater for safety reasons, this bloody thing is like a small house, but big time consuming problems, love it.

Using acetone in a jar mixed with styrofoam until it does not get a smaller bubble gum like piece, stick it on plastic and it gets very hard and melts on the original:

Did a weight test, not allowed to weight more than 3500 kilogram (can be checked on the highway with weight loops)
2700 Kilogram! very happy with that!

Suddenly after some freezing temps the engine did not want to start and idle, seems like it did not get fuel.
It did not get fuel, replaced a meter of hoses: good, better fix it at home than on the highway

Asbestos? replaced with rockwool, maybe replace it because a tiny flame all day could end up with a fire, I don't trust this.

Ditched the old fridge and installed a new one, now close to border of Montenegro.
Only problem is sticking hand brake cable but pull cable at drum and no more overheating.

WARNING! do not F up this repair, beware of what can go wrong.

So my hand throttle was not working anymore and slipping back.
The part is for sale: Cable assy 78410-90A02 and 78410-90A10
(For gasoline FJ the part is 78410-90A03)

The C-bolt is 90179-20005

The fix can be done with a small cutter blade.

WARNING! the groove must be V shape and not just a straight cut like |

Because the spring must be able to slide trough to the next or previous position, so use some grease when reassembling.

First remove the white plastic near the pedal and remove the cable, beware this little white part seems hard to find!
Then remove the cable from the groove, just use some force there is no turning or adjusting to make it easier.
Then remove the big nut with a cut in it:

Ophir , thanks yes I got another one from internet.
And it was time for the APK road check...
No real problems, some welding and the LSPV had something, I wanted to look at that later, first the welding.
The welding was about the exact opposite of the other side I did 2 years ago.
