Time for new water hoses, waterpump and 100% fluid:

Original radiator upper hose is = KDS1091 equivalent to 1657168010 = Hose - radiator upper for Landcruiser (series 60) HJ60 3.9D diesel 1980->1990

Radiator cap became a bad order. I had no clue about different sizes but of course they al mix up:

Yes @dkyuss, maybe it is because it is drivable at the moment and I fear the head-gasket or transmission failure that turns the car into a wreck, so the diesel must flow :wrench::steer::wrench:

Removed the dash to fix the lighter power socket and replaced the light, removed ashtray bracket so CB radio fits:
Lightbulb is also glovebox lightbulb, original is 1.8 watt, 2741 24V 1.2W W2x4.6d

WARNING! do not F:flipoff2::bang: up this repair, beware of what can go wrong.

So my hand throttle was not working anymore and slipping back.
The part is for sale: Cable assy 78410-90A02 and 78410-90A10
(For gasoline FJ the part is 78410-90A03)

The C-bolt is 90179-20005

The fix can be done with a small cutter blade.

WARNING! the groove must be V shape and not just a straight cut like |

Because the spring must be able to slide trough to the next or previous position, so use some grease when reassembling.

First remove the white plastic near the pedal and remove the cable, beware this little white part seems hard to find!
Then remove the cable from the groove, just use some force there is no turning or adjusting to make it easier.
Then remove the big nut with a cut in it:

Make sure the litte notch is in the hole at the bottom, so notch is down and the opening of the cable were the repaired grooves are visible is on top/facing up.

Just repair the worn grooves in a V shape WARNING! do not make a straight cut, it MUST be a V so it does not lock: This is worn out/slipping before repair:
