Starting to hate hot weather.

Ya i had to do the brakes on the fj cruiser today after being in the air conditioning all day, it was brutal, lol seriously it was worse, like a shock to you system, should be nice by the weekend though.

This place is dead, where did everyone go?

3 weeks? It's actually 4.

Back from 4 days and 3 nights camping off the Kank in the White Mountains, a new tradition with a few good friends. Rained Friday but cool and nice the rest of the week. Did a few short hikes, drank too much, burned a lot of firewood... all in all a brilliant time. :)

I have been in Europe for a couple of weeks. A lot of Germany, Cinque Terra, Italy; Lucerne ,Switzerland; a little Austria.
My son in law is in to beer so we hit alot of breweries
Rick- Leffe everywhere
John- vineyards eveywhere- wine is cheaper than soda. We went to festival on the german wine route. An 85 km road that winds through wine country. You stop at a vineyard and they have big tents and sell wine for $4 for a half litre. sometimes hundreds of people at a stop.
I think the best place was the Hofbrauhaus in Munich. It seats 5000 people, has an ompa band playing-very cool- i will post pics when i get back- saw only 4 cruisers

Looking for a fuel cell with a tank mounted pump for the troopy. Can anyone recommend any good manufactures or specific tanks that are good?

Thanks

How about a keg? :hillbilly:

Stay away from the plastic ones, Summit, jegs, or ebay get the one thats going to fit in your mounting place the best.

Nice trip! I was in Austria 3 weeks ago and I was amazed by the wine prices. A full bottle of wine was definitely cheaper than a soda. Good vino too.

I didn't see a single cruiser on my trip. I did see a couple odd Russian suv type things but didn't have a camera. There was a 2010 mustang convertible there and people were absolutely freaking out over it, getting pictures taken in front of it, etc. Wacky Europeans.

We were going down the autobahn at about 85 and a smart car (the little one) passed us and a Ford GT500 (the mid engine one). The Gt went fom 80 to 150 in about 2 seconds-very cool. Ferrari's, Porsches and lambordinis pass you at about 135 all the time
