Twisted the crap out of my right ankle last night falling down my cellar stairs. Seeing the doc today. I've become a real clutz lately.

Welcome to old age!

Sounds painful.

sprains are the worst for ankles, I sprained mine going off a drop on my mountain bike, took a year to feel normal again, and I was 30 at the time,
good luck,

Hi all,
Haven't been around for awhile. Thought I'd drop in and say hello. Thinking about the FG. It conflicts with the 50th anniversary at work, but I think I might be able to work it out - maybe.

Any way - Hi again

I think I will be coming. Probably just me. My son starts college this fall - seems like just yesterday he was a 5 year old bouncing around in daddy's truck. Time sure flies. Leaping dear, remind me who you are, I do not recognize your handle, or your truck.

I'll probably sign up for trails 4 and 3 (If anybody is coming from the Albany area, with a trailer-just in case-, perhaps I can be more adventurous.) I've done the carnage trail twice, that is pretty much my limit - of course it was raining and muddy both times, so who knows. 4&3 might be too boring, but I'm sure I will have fun, and I don't want to press my luck so far from home (and I wheel a lot less than I used to, so may not be as good behind the wheel).

I think I'll show up late thursday afternoon. So can help set up if needed. Maybe play a little on the campground trails. I remember there is some fun stuff back there :)

this web page has too many ads and other things IMO

Edit: Ooo I got "promoted" to a regular ;)

If you buy a star then you don't get any ads aside from a banner ad at the top of each page.
