Still fighting with that bolt under my cruiser that is stopping me from getting my cable actuator in for my locker. Can't get a drill in there, can't get a grinder in there.......gggrrrrrrrrrrrr. Time to pony up the $20 for Bolt-Outs at Sears and hope that works.

Thought I'd install my Motorola HF850 Bluetooth kit into the 4runner and realized I have NO CLUE how this stuff works. The instructions make it sound like a stupid-simple 4 step process but jacking into power is a complete unknown to me. Now I need to wait for my friend or have Best Buy or someone else do it.

Washed the 4Runner and gave it a good vacuum.

Just took the dogs and family on a nice hike around town and now back to start cleaning up and getting ready for Sara's semi-surprise birthday dinner tonight.
 
Dave, put the truck up on jack stands supporting the frame. then remove the rear tires and let the axle all the way down. This way you can climb in from the back of the truck and better see what you are doing.

If you don't have them I use the 12ton harbor freight stands on 80s lifted like yours.
 
If all else fails you could always wheel the 4Runner. V8 POWER BABY!!!!!!!!WHOOOOO.....

Just put in an offer on a MAACO location. Should know early next week. Luckily I have the rustiest hobby on the planet.

On the same note, we've backed away from the business we were looking at buying and instead are focused 100% on me just starting my own design business and skipping the intermediate step (and thus minimizing debt load).

WIll hafta come up with a YT discount or a paint special or something IF it goes thru. Alot of bad stuff can happen to ruin it between submitting an offer and getting the keys to the front door. Not holding my breath but very hopeful.

That said, my cruiser problem will be major. It's like buying a field of poppies for a heroin addict.
