How much headroom do you have? I had the early manual 80 seats in my ‘79 sitting on the floor, was pretty close to the headliner. Looks awesome -

Tucker

Thanks.

I’m 5’10” and have plenty of headroom. There is approx 8”-10” or enough for a motorcycle helmet, cowboy or hard hat. Not sure about a feather headdress though.

Wow, that’s a ton of work!

Interior light needs a rethink though...not much headroom ;)

Tell me more, where can you get color-match wire? Correct gauge? What gauge is that, 18?

I’ll ask Frank where he orders from. Some of the wires required him using a paint pen. A large portion of the wires are from donor Cruisers.

Thanks man. The crazier I get, the more I value color-matching wiring...

Well. How was ride? :)

Breezy :) I haven’t done much other than let it idle around the neighborhood. After few gallons of premium, the next stop was the muffler shop. The 55 is spending the weekend there.

The seating position is perfect. I couldn’t be more pleased with how the interior has turned out. It’s nice being surrounded by familiar Land Cruiser parts while behind the wheel.

Hats off to Frank!
