"You interested in selling a trailer Eric? "
no hijacking here...
Only going to sell the thing after I find another.

I move slow...

And by the way, since you have tomorrow off, why not hitch hike up here and drive the 55 to Todd's shop. Might be a bit scary on the road but it has seatbelts. Not to mention a random plate I had from Colorado.......

I move slow...

You sir ARE a bum!

sounds good to me. I want to stop by todds shop anyway and check out the cage.

Cage is painted. I'll get it on the truck tomorrow.

That's the bee's knees, right there. I think it was a stroke of genius to paint it the same as the truck. Very cool. Your powers of fab are inspiring!

*COUGH COUGH*

Hey Todd....."a stroke of genius".....:flipoff2:

I had the fork truck over today so I flexed it out a little. Still no bump stops or shocks and the coils aren't captured, but it still does OK. I think it'll do better once the coils are captured as the body won't flop nearly as much. The shocks won't limit travel. There is way more shock length that I'll use.

The rear stuffs a bit and it'll need some trimming on the left front too.

Drool is an understatement! I'm not even worthy of living in the same state. Great fab work! Can't wait to see it on the trails.

Spent most of the morning on the center hump and floors. I had to extend the center hump back 8 inches to clear the doubler and transfer case after I raised them up 2". There was a couple of big holes from the csb conversion and floor shift conversion once upon a time. My triple stick required some tricky sheet metal work too. It'll be all covered up with the factory rubber floor mat. Who knows how much I'll cut back out when I mount the winch under the passenger's knees.

Built the seat mounts this afternoon. The driver seat was kind of a bitch because I wanted to put a seat slider in so other people could drive it. The tubes go across for both seats and the console. They are bolted to the floor, but there are 4x4x3/16 plates on top and bottom.

The seats and center console are just set in to see where I wanted them. The Art Carr and cable lockers aren't mounted yet.

best pic yet. the fork lift shows just how well the thing can flex. very cool. hope that thing is around when I finally get a hold of a trailer to get my junk there. I'd love to see how my thing will flex with the 37's on there.

looking better every day!

Saw the 50 in person today and it is coming along amazingly well! That thing has mnore cool stuff then the pics show. I can't wait to see how well it does on the trails. It's getting real close to it's first outing.

Thanks for the tour of the shop by the way. I sure wish I lived closer cause I'd enroll in the class to get a chance to play with all of the tools Todd has access to. Sure was nice to actually see two pigs and a 45 lv in one place. Especially in the midwest!

Sorry to leave you with a dead fat pig.

Goebs dropped of the sweetest pig in the universe (TM) today.

Next to it my rig looks like someone took a giant steaming turd on the shop floor.

.

we all need pics to compare
