So for the last 10 years I have been using an electric 2000 psi pressure washer. It has a rough time cleaning up after a mild pig wallow.

The reason I went with electric was because a hate pulling a string to start an engine. That’s why I drive a car with electric start. Duuu!!

Bit the bullet on a 3400 psi gas powered pressure washer. Holly mother of alfalfa!!!

The knuckles on my red and white were not even recognizable as knuckles. 1/2” of rock hard crust from 50 years no pedicure. Using a sharp wood chisel I cut a lot of crust away. I then fired up the new washer, installed the 20 degree nozzle and, Shazam.

Boy have I been missing out after all these years. Going to make short work of cleaning the party pig.

Next step is to polish the passenger side wheel well and then derust and paint the front section of frame and running gear.

Looking forward to putting all that powder coated jewelry back on.

Will give it some new front shocks for some bing. The back shocks are spring over which eliminates the corner lean which is great when doing slalom courses.

Check your phone, make sure you don’t have speedometer app on your phone
Confused ! What am I missing. Is there s joke on me??

I ran across this last week. I tried so hard to resist Obi Wan, I really really did, but the dark side came out of a pork barrel and seduced me to partake of the voluptuous fruit set before mine eyes. I hear the three Seirenes alluring voices wailing for my soul.

So I took the last 7 cents of my $ 5,000 budget and took a bite of that fruit.o_O

Maybe I could use for a hanging light fixture.
Or attach it to an overhead boom and let @RUSH55 use it to raise and lower himself while painting the roof of his Pig.

So I’ve got a couple lite of work weeks in front of me so here we go.

Besides hoping the finish polishing the engine bay. I am going to give the lusty maiden a frontal pedicure.

Basically, sand and paint the front 6’ of frame and all essential elements that are connected to it, i.e. steering components, engine, wheel assemblies.

Set up tools and supplies

I've stripped a few frames axles and a lot of other equipment using an Ingersoll rand needle descaler.
They're loud, messy, noisy, dirty and they vibrate like crazy, but I know of no better way of melting years of paint, grease, dirt and roadkill off of a frame.
They also will find your rust holes in a hurry. Wear a mask, ear protection and eye protection which prevents particles from flying in sideways to stab your eyeballs.
Best of luck.

I want to see a "selfie" when you get done under there
What, you need proof I actually can get under my pig and work on it?

Am getting to obsessed? Had to remove some black plaque from the piggies upper right bicuspid molar. And no, piggies not by.

Spent a bunch of no see um time cleaning out the cavity between the brake plate and knuckles. Never be seen by anyone except me in my nightmares.

Also got the passenger side brake drum done as well the drivers side frame scraped, sanded and rust neutralized primer.

As you see in the previous photo they is still a fare bit of work to do. Clean up fram next then axil and steering.
