Those interested in going down to the site and scouting please let me know. I want to make a couple runs down prior to the meet. I would like to have the first run towards the end of May like maybe around the third weekend. I also would like to have another in June and then July. That way we can start getting things set up.

I will be traveling slowly West from Wisconsin starting on the 14th of August, and will try and time it to be in CO on the 18th and 19th. Looks like it will be FUN, even if I will be in a U-Haul! Might need to borrow some camping gear.

so, i'm getting my days off lined up. i figure a 12 hr drive from Phx if i set the cruise and just drive, but i like to site see, so, is there a reason for me to get there thursday AM ? or will it be empty till fri ?... maybe a day stop in MOAB is in order.

I can always head down Thurs but wont get there until noonish. I have to show up early anyway... to get the site ready for cooking.

It is with regret that I must say, I will not be able to attend the Swine-a-Rama. Something has come up which conflicts with the dates and I will miss this one. Have a blast and keep the rest of us informed.

Get Ready To Ruuuuummmmbbbbbllleeeee!

Everyone needs to start getting ready for the pig meet. Its coming very soon. I need to get a small crew together to go down and do a pre-run.

Those folks that wrecked their pigs and no longer own a pig, are still strongly encouraged to come with their families in another cruiser. I think I've already spoken with those involved.

Even with a few drop off's we still have a very nice gathering of FJ55's. I think this will be the largest gathering of FJ55's in one place and should make a nice TT write-up. Everyone bring their camera's so we can get good coverage and different angles.

i'm hoping like heck...gotta pull the nosecone of my t case this weekend so i can get it machined, then i gotta get treeroot over here to weld in mounts. gotta find new isolators for the front. working on the underhood wiring this weekend hopefully....damn...need more time.

still working on the rally too....i have the feeling we will have last minute registrations which will screw us on shirts and supplies...i still have to register for my own rally...damn...need more time.

not too sure...got the nosecone for the tranny back from being machined, hope to stab the tranny this weekend, still need to find motor mount isolators (think i have, just need to double check measurements), then it's a matter of getting treeroot over to weld mounts in. once motor's in, weld the axles in place and begin wiring, finish brakes...then, onto the 45

motor mounts need to be the old style aa mounts...today i'm measuring to see if the ones they sell at frorf will work.
