zornff said:Well, The 1st annual SWINE-O RAMA was AWESOME ! Out of 30+ rigs that were SUPPOSED TO BE THERE, 2 officially made it
(and 1 person could'nt find location
). What happened to everyone ? I drove 5 hrs to get there, but fj55mike drove 700+ miles to find out everyone bailed. I know life sometimes gets in the way of fun, but this was a sad display of the brotherhood of knights of the iron pig !
That being said, we STILL had a fine time checking out the pigs and getting to know everyone. Mad props to the rising sun guys (Mike, Ige, and crew), they did an awesome job with the rally in Denver on sunday. There were a total of 6 pigs and numerous other very cool rigs.
fj55mike, i hope you made it home safe, and thanks arthog for the schwag. You guys that did'nt make it should (at the very least) buy a shirt from Terry(arthog). He put forth a ton of $ and effort in designing and printing the SWINE-O-RAMA shirts, and then only selling a small handfull of them. Terry's a great guy and you missed out by not meeting him.
SWINE-O-RAMA could have, should have been a GINORMOUS gathering of the swine. Lets see if we can get or shat together next year. I'll be there !. Mike
