I took the faceplate off of the radio to play around with to see if it would work. There aren't any knobs thoughThose knobs came out great. No faceplate or knobs on the radio? Sure, get the $tainless bolts - it's only money.![]()
Stainless can/should only go in certain places. It's not rated for high strength area, so limit it to "show" areas.
Normally true, but you can get high strength stainless

Dash turned out great. Pics to come soon.Dang! Nice work. How'd the dash turn out?
Original truck is from VOR, but all restoration is not.Looks great ... Except for the obvious problem
I didn't see a response to the questions about VOR did you get this from Greg Mushro?
Make sure you have no rear wheel cylinder leaks--if the rear reservoir is still dropping, you may have a leaking master cylinder--pushing fluid into the brake boosterUnless you're losing fluid through the tear (or is it just age cracks?), your braking problem is more likely related to rear cylinders. Check them for leaks and proper operation, then adjust them and they should kick ass when you hit the pedal. Your Amby doors need factory weatherstripping and adjusting to close and seal properly. How about the fronts? The four bolts on the side of the cab are PO inflicted injuries.
