by looking at pics of yours... nothing looks different. maybe it will level out a lot when the rear springs are in.

take pics and lets compare ..

maybe due to the dif motors? so the drivetrain sit a lil differently?

i have no idea im just throwing that out there.....
diesel vs gasser...

springs are in... leveled out just fine. bottom of the tranny case is now 23 1/2 which is good especially seeing how the springs havent even settled yet. Funny how the tranny case sits exactly 2.5 inches lower. Guess the 2.5 ome springs really are 2.5 inches! :)

Had some time tonight... made some templates.

Ok ok... I better come clean. Its been a long time since I've got to play with scissors and contruction paper so I recruited someone with a little more experience. Here's who really made them for me. Step daughters are great!

looks good guess I gota do both front doors now

remember to keep the heat down and tack move a in and tack to keep em from warpin ..... my one took forever cant even think about doin 4

Damn, i guess youll need it to be fairly tall, thats a big tire. How much will that get into the back wheelwells, the front can be trimmed easy enough but the back is mostly necessary sheetmetal.

Looking good!

I cut the rear of mine to the flat part of the fender and my 38.5 doesnt get close to any of it ... the front was ALOT of work post up some more pics I want to see the doors on :D

Well, I had the rear axle moved back about three inches, so clearing the rear door should not be an issue now. I am probably going to have to cut the the rear body mount and do something a little different as the the tire will swing really close to it (reverse shackle). We'll see when I get the tire on there how much I'll need to cut.

I've already cut the front quite a bit and have a 1inch BL... the front fender shouldnt be too much of an issue due to the shackle reversal.

All and all its going to be a little work to make it work but I'm not afraid of my cutoff wheel one bit. :) I'll post some pics soon.

Nah, Im still dicking with t-case grinding in nuetral. Its the first time I have run this case and its giving me a fit. I pulled my old one apart and might swap the shift forks. After this BS is delt with off the top comes.....the time is winding down and I need to get a crackalinnnn lots of work left to do.

yeah, saw your post on that... sorry you're havin so much trouble. The thing that sucks about trannys and x-fer cases is if you got it wrong its tough to know till you get all bolted back together and start rollin down the road.... then you got pull it and figure it out again. Good luck though man...wish I was closer to give ya a hand.

I had the most problem with the front of the fender. But your shackle rev should help that
