We hammered the 80 all three days and it held up just fine. Mark dented in the driver side door because he was too much of a wuss to go higher on the rock... and then I hit the driver side rear door trying to climb some major boulders and slide off hehe.
All in all everyone was surprised at the grocery getter keeping up with all the built 40's and kling on's junk ;p
It was a great day of wheelin
for my '88 FJ62. I already cut one of them, but instead of leaving the whole top part, I just hacked it all down. I was curious about the inside of the door though. What is everyone who has made half doors doing for door panels?? did you weld in some metal? or just use old door panels and cut them up? If it was the latter, does anyone have some lyin' around that I could have?...hehe
so a zip tie does it for me
