Yes, it does go beyond the gears in the “up” direction (down in the picture cuz of how I have it clamped in to the vice.). So going down “up” in the pics, it just goes a few inches and gets stuck.

So it’s getting stuck going down, if I’m interpreting your Engrish correctry.

As my picture is causing mass confusion, I put it in the vice upside up. This is as low as the arms will go before sticking. Still need to pull motor, and tragically, the springs to see what’s catching,

It’s a camouflage job by the gear teeth. They are all good.

Clean it up, and run it, when it stops check to see if the teeth on the arms are bypassing, like when scissors wont cut paper, they will start to bypass and the side load that places on the pivot points is enought to lag the motor.
