Think the time has come where I won't feel guilty about scrapping Land Cruiser parts. The bottom has been reached when a deal like this isn't scooped up.

Deal yes....but it's on the specialty end of the cruiser spectrum.....even more so with lack of a title. I know some states that isnt an issue, for others however it's a tall hoop to jump through.
This offer was very tempting for me. The transport distance was the deciding factor. I am hoping that a deal was consumated with a friend of mine who was a bit closer. A stand-up FJ owner.
I thought any buying it however I wood want the title to match the frame number. The vin plate has been removed and is not included in the sale. That makes me nervous.
Buyer was a bit nervous as well but the potential was the deciding factor. I think titeling (sp?) this vehicle may be easier in that it is so old. It will be interesting to watch...

I missed the missing plate....thats a non starter in pa
Obviously you can make a new one with the correct numbers to match the frame however if you go to register something that someone reported missing you have a serious problem. Otherwise your swapping vins all together or just using for parts. Great truck. Great price.
