nice flange, look forward to seeing the progress!

I would keep the Holset HX35 turbo. We mainly use Holset HX30 and Holset HX35 on out builds, and they work REALLY great for offroad

Looks freaking awesome man. Save your money on the polys for right now, I am starting to doubt they are any stronger than stockers. Not really worth the money.

I am thinking the same thing, if i do go with the Poly's i am looking at the full floater axles. I don't know if they taper at the spline end like the semi's, i'm betting if the shaft is the same size over it's full length it will be much stronger. I know it has to carry the full load of the truck so the semi floater has to be that way but the full floater doesn't.

The flanges are actually for the rear of my mini truck (9" third /Toyota hubs & disk brakes/ strange axles) but i was thinking about making a full floater rear using the same flanges and a custom length set of Long's 30 spline axles but he doesn't do custom lenghts.

Been bead blasting engine parts to prep for coating and managed to pick up a few more parts to complete the front diff. I have decided to pull the engine down and give it the once over before it goes in the frame

Oh and these things too.
Oil pan has to have an oil return line from the turbo welded in then it goes for coating.

Progress has been slow but i did get the front diff together, one or two things need to be tweeked but it went together rather well.

Two weeks in England and a few more back east = no money for truck. So if you are giving money away i,m accepting.

I love when I see clean frames and springs. Nice attention to detail. Wish I had a shop like that to work in. I need to get a different job...

Haven't done much at all in the past months, kind of lost motivation, so i mounted up a few of my tires and put em on. Wanted to get an idea what this thing is going to look like so i put on the rad support and one of the fenders.
