Reworking of my skid situation. I think I have pretty much worn out the 3/16" All-Pro and Budbuilt skids from stern to midship. My gas skid and rear diff skid are holding up just fine.

I need to design a mounting method that does not use the factory frame mounted weld-nuts. I have busted half of those loose, so my engine skid is hanging by 3 out of 6 bolts and the tranny skid is being held by 4 out of 9 bolts.

The H55/splitcase and 3.73's aren't gonna cut it with 38's. I'm already having to roll over obstacles pretty quickly with the 36's. It's good for the spectators, but it sure is hard on my junk.
