You should try that distinguished tasting and manly adult beverage with class, previously brewed right across the Mississippi River from ya. STAG
I might as well drink Falstaff, another fine beverage for a refined gentlemen's taste. Brewed right up the street from Budweiser by my union brothers. Some of St. Louis's finest beer! :)

Yeah, I have a set of those, but like a blockhead never used them. I'm guessing now is the time. I've tried those copper gaskets with negative results, but may have been the fasteners not holding. If I remember right, those copper gaskets didn't blow out, just didn't compress? enough. I'll get a set of the Remflex and see what they look like.
Thanks guys, as always someone has the answer. I truly didn't want to tear everything down just to modify the headers. It might happen anyway if I reroute the pipes.

Both Copper and REMflex have suggested torque range get it wrong or have a fastener loosen up and they will leak but honestly this should be the easiest put of your day. If you are going to used standard hardware and give it a couple Ugga Dugga’s and forget about it then V-bands might be in your future but they aren’t completely problem free either so I would give it one last good try.

It isn't even full stuff, and hitting the pipe, so I lengthened the stops. If I would move the pipe I could increase the travel by a fair amount. I'm not rock crawling it, but would feel better to have more travel. It might be possible to move the pipe forward a tad, just to miss the flange, similar to Landcruiserman's. I'm not SOA either, which makes it worse.

Thanks of that info. I could use some of their other clamps, also.
