SLEE 200 Bumper Photos...! *UPDATE!*

Looks like a jigsaw puzzle. Love it.

Will this wirk with an LX570?

Yes, we have it fitted to our 2010 LX570. The only issue is that after 2013 I believe the factory rear bumper changed and the rear light on the corner changes, so there might be some issues with the cutting of the plastic bumper and how that is going to interact with this bumper.

Guess what we are installing! Getting closer to production pieces. Maybe this picture will explain why this has been taking this long!

Whoa whoa whoa! Do those gas struts have a lockout feature?

I like the gussets on the wing brackets and that the bottom and both inside and outside of the frame are supported. Looks like it could take a serious hit.

And I would also like to commend you on the location of the "Slee" logo. Too many times, we see companies put their logo at a location that compromises the integrity of the bar or skid plate. Not with this, clean, high, and placed at the right location, away from rocks.

Can't wait to see an installed side profile for all that new ground clearance.

I love that you decided to keep ALL the holes on the ladder and tire carrier! Tons of mounting options.

I assume the jerry can carrier is on the way too...

Yes, they do. So no more pulling the pin to close. And if people do not like that step, we can supply them with a non lockout strut.

It is as stout as we can make it. The forward wing brackets wraps underneath the frame and also replaces the brackets that hold the current spare tire cross member.

Tow points are on the main brackets that bolt to the frame and under the bumper. This way recovery points are directly tied to the frame and not the bumper face.

Yes, that is high on the carrier. The tire carrier can store one 4 Gallon Rotopax on the inside. Bumper comes with those brackets and hold downs, so you do not have to purchase the Rotopax mounts.

We also have a locking Maxtrax bracket that can be installed on the inside of the carrier to carry Maxtrax instead of Rotopax. The ladder can take our existing jerry can basket or Rotopax carrier. You can also opt to not run a tire on the tire carrier and bolt a 2nd jerry can basket to that side carrier as well. Or produce your own accessories.

The hi-lift mount fits on the side of the tire mount behind the tire.

The bumper comes with additional LED indicator / tail / brake lights as well as two Rigid Ignite backup lights.

The park sensor holes are already cut into the bumper and we will be providing custom park sensor grommets that will accept the factory park sensor and then be installed on the bumper. There are a variety of different size / mounting park sensors over the years and we will supply different grommets to cover those changes.

It is also supplied with mounting brackets that will replace the OE brackets for the AHC pump that is inside the PS wing. These brackets have an additional skid underneath the pump to protect it.

It comes with our newly designed over the center latch that is machined out of billet aluminum. This latch is designed to be easy to use, ergonomically designed to not put your hand at an awkward angle when you close it. It also feaures a "finger" that allows you to flip the U-bolt under the bottom catch with one hand.

A single latch closes both arms and keep it shut. The safety pins are still there, but they are now located at the latch for easy operation. They have T handles and serve as a handle to hold on to for opening and closing the arms.

The locking gas struts are hidden under the arms when closed and they are positioned that they assist in opening and closing the carriers. So when the carrier gets close to the truck, it will close the carrier. Kinda like self closing kitchen cabinets.

It also comes with a bracket that will mount the 7 pin trailer socket in the factory location, but pointing downward. We looked at having it come out the back of the bumper, but there is simply no depth to do that without hacking the frame.

We feel this is the best bumper we have designed yet and addresses about all the issues people had with our bumpers, expect maybe price. All this unfortunately does not come cheap.

We are working on pricing. We still have to spec the complete install kit and all the hardware needed for install. What is in the pic is all the hard parts, machined parts but no hardware.

Can't wait to see an installed side profile for all that new ground clearance.

Will update when we have that.

I noticed that at first too. Interesting idea if they're stout enough. The ones on the industrial equipment at work can be "finicky". I'm sure these are better.

Bumper looks good!

I was in the parking lot when Christo was outside fine tuning the shocks. Ya, they CAN be finicky, but @sleeoffroad was all over it making sure pressures were right. That was a year or so ago on an earlier version of the bumper...so they've been on that issue since early on.

Attention to detail... -take a look at the custom design of the lock-down lever. They created their own design that lets you pull UP to open and DOWN to lock--unlike those typical levers that are vertical...meaning they were always very awkward on the wrist. It's in the photo if you zoom in. My wife will love this design, as the kind most bumpers use was hard for her to lock/unlock. Very nice touch!

For sure, the ones I've dealt with over my nearly 16 air force years are either a home run and super easy (ie on a Cat 10k A/T F/L) or a complete s***show (most aerospace ground equipment). I'm sure they got the good ones though.

Yes, we have it fitted to our 2010 LX570. The only issue is that after 2013 I believe the factory rear bumper changed and the rear light on the corner changes, so there might be some issues with the cutting of the plastic bumper and how that is going to interact with this bumper.

Can't wait! I assume these will work on 16+, correct?

Do you need a test mule for the 2013?!

The bumper looks amazing, great work to you and your team.

@sleeoffroad If you need a 2017 Land Cruiser to test fit I'll come out to Golden with mine. As I said on the phone my check book is in hand.

What is the complete bumper weighing in at?

On the LX, I wonder if we would need to upgrade the AHC on the rear to allow this bumper, plus retain the max tongue weight limit for towing.:hmm:
