SLEE 200 Bumper Photos...! *UPDATE!*

Just caught my OEM bumper cover on a tree stump (2017 200), was able to pop it back on but it is cracked on the lower half. Sound like an opportunity to upgrade but before I go down that road do I need to upgrade my suspension?, or can I add the slee bumper then upgrade suspension later? Also any installers in Portland metro area that could do the install or should I be planning a road trip?

I had my bumper installed before upgrading suspension, it was OK to do but I definitely noticed that bumper + sliders at the same time on the stock rig had a noticeable effect on ride quality on my '13's OEM dampeners.

Now on Icon Stage 1 + SPC UCAs and OME 2722s in the back and much happier.

My '08, which my daughter nicknamed Karaboudjan, heads in to the shop on Monday for the Slee rear bumper install. I'll post a pic or 12 afterwards.

Interested to know how many of these 200 series rear bumpers are installed now.

So far;

@sleeoffroad @Markuson @Rigger

Any others?

I saw at least 4 at the Breck trip...

Two of them are not frequent fliers on Mud...

Mark from Arizona...
Jackson from Denver...
A couple others, I think, but I can't remember who.

I know Slee sold out his first big production run and they were in short supply...

Just realized I might not have posted the final bumper in this Slee bumper thread...

So...
Slee Bumper: Gave it a beating...not phased even a little. Just Solid.

Strength Testimonial:
On a Hell's Gate screw-up in Moab...
-The bumper WING ALONE was the ONLY THING that saved my rig's right side panels.
Hit HARD. Zero damage. Bit of black paint on the wing and good to go. :clap:

Here it is with the 3-Can Basket...

Does anyone know how often they make them? They don't even mention them on their website. Nice pictures of the unobtanium.

They probably don't mention them because they are installing them as quickly as they are made...

Give them a call.

I am also liking the 3 can basket - I looked around a while to see if there was anything comparable out there and didn't find anything. It's a $200+ extra but worth it. The special ratchet strap that comes with it is a very thoughtful piece too.

Yep - Slee is crazy busy with cranking stuff out as fast as possible, building/expanding into an entire new building, creating a new website...it's not surprising there are some things not on their website currently, but they're great to chat with on the phone. I'd suggest calling them for most up to date info.

This.

PS @Markuson your ride was spotted and posted on the TLCA Facebook page earlier today LOL.

Fun fact in case you missed it in another thread. Take a good look at the banner photo for the TLCA Facebook group. It's TonyP's truck on Fins-n-Things.

Nice! I saw you post right after me! :D

Looks very tasteful and balanced with the bumpers and the sliders, really blends well with your rigs color. You win the best looking award!
