WHat is the closest place to ski from Anderson?

Probably Wolf Laurel. They are not open yet. Me and some friens of mine hit that place a half dozen times a year. Only 2hr from me. Can go up after work. Pay like 12 dollars for a night pass. Ski for about 2-3hrs and be home at midnight.
catalochee is really close as well under two hours from anderson.........

i just wish it felt like ski weather down here... its still kinda warm to be thinking about skiing....
I learned to ski at Wolf Laurel and Cataloochee.
Started when I was 5. Then I found Snowshoe and never went back to WL or Cataloochee.
...then I found CO and never went back to Snowshoe
I have been to Winter Park CO, Lake Tahoe NV/CA, Park City UT, and Breckenridge CO. I still want to go skingi though.
