Looking back through the blue 40 thread I realized mine needed an update.

I am really a big fan of the Sky Blue that was an OEM color between ‘77 and ‘80 I believe. Bastardization question; as my girlfriend and I are looking for a Sky Blue 77-78 to restore. How bad would it be to start out with a different color ‘77-78 and do a nut and bolt frame up in Sky Blue. Changing the placards to reflect the Sky Blue color code of course? Is that a crime? Opinions wanted....

Thats a awesome job you did on this. Its also a good example of how stock and original looking a aqualu tub can look.
