we need a head count. let us now if you're planning on th is ride so we dont leave anyone behind on friday. I'll add your name to the first post as ppl chime in.

I'll be there some time late Friday as you know. Do me a favor Ted, in addition to later trying to send me coordinates to where you're camping, also do that for where y'all leave your tow rigs if possible so I can park with y'all too.

addendum: I know it's late in the game and that this is supposed to be a members only ride, but with the possibility of the Florida guys coming, I thought maybe we could also invite Andy since he's close an almost always up for wheeling.

Screw Andy, he was invited months ago but he gave us the finger. :flipoff2: His b-day is this wkend so he has to be home by 6:00 Sat night for his b-day party. Any ideas on how to get the old fart on board or should we just go to him.

as of right now i know for sure there are 4 and 2 probables. a few others saying they are going but have not confirmed or heard from in a couple three weeks.

looks like we have 8 confirmed rigs still with 1 or 2 unknown. Marius+1 and 4xSteve are comming down from the north and the rest of us wil be meeting at the desiganted location off i-75.
 
Anybody bringing any firewood? I think there will be a good bit available there but it may have to be picked up while out on the trails; the main campsites are used often and by big groups so there's not much other than kindling very close.

oooh, good point. I have a little I can throw in the truck. might be a good idea to have a chainsaw too.

I don't have any firewood to contribute this time unless somebody wants to run by my place in Woodstock and get some from the stack that my parents will never use. I will have a machete, 2 hatchets, a log splitter axe, a camp saw and a chainsaw whose blade may have a rough time cutting through cooked spaghetti. In other words - don't count on MY chainsaw! :doh:

Ron - saw your 40 in the "post a pic of your ride" thread. Very nice sir. Will be glad to see it on the trail.

We will bring a chainsaw also. Sucks we won't be there Friday but I will see you Saturday morning.
