Well had to pay out the B Hole for all the 2 day shipping on parts, but everything is out for delivery today. It's nice to have a true 60 rear FF axle until it's time to get the parts. 3 different vendors to get everything needed to assemble a hub.

Also to go along with @CruiserTrash invitation. Randy and I are heading towards Ouray on Saturday. We plan on going up on the Alpine Loop from Lake City, camp overnight , and drop in on Sunday. The moon should be sleeping, making it prime time for being able to see the Milky Way with your naked eyes. It's an open invite if anyone wants to join us.

Well if we were staying in Lake City, you would be absolutely correct. Randy knows where an old Forrest Service cabin is on some off shoot trail on the Alipne we are going stay at.

For those traveling from East,

It has 2 big round water tanks go up that road but pass the mine the road will fork take the right fork once you make a right turn you will see the cabin sitting up on top in a clear field thats where we will be if anyone wants to come hang out and see the milky way we should be there by 6 pm Sat

Believe it or not Maureen & I are already here at Ouray KOA. Came a week early with some friends from home. They will be leaving this weekend & we will stay behind anxiously awaiting SAS8. See everyone soon!

Did Miner Creek yesterday. Great views.

Do you use Cruiser Outfitters ?

For future reference they should have all the parts you needed in house and super fast shipping there my first go to for parts !

2 days of deferred maintenance and shop clean up later I'm calling it done. Loading up tonight, then rolling out early. See yall soon. Gonna be in the slow lane this year...womp womp.

Normally, that is who I go through because shipping from Utah to Colorado is fast without giving the carriers extra extra amounts. Sadly, Kurt was fresh out of hubs for my FF axle.

Now maybe I am just lacking in the knowledge department here.... but this looks like an 80 hub they sent me.

Not the hub I ordered......

I will always question and second guess my knowledge. But unless someone is out there turning 80 hubs into old FF hubs that I haven't heard of.....

Yeah I can only assume that they were next to each other on the self and they grabbed the wrong one. It happens sometimes, just not the best sometime for it to happen. I can hope that tomorrow they read my email and overnight the correct hub.

Well Fellas and Felettes, I am officially bowing out of the trip. First test drive was not Bueno. Not enough time or money to make it capable of driving there.

I have an RV site at the KOA that I need to cancel if anyone is still looking. I didn’t get a call in for it yet. @ThatKOAGuy if your reading, cancel for Joe Frank please.

Was really looking forward to all the strange looks and random pull overs from the Staties.

Really bummed. @POTATO LAUNCHER pm inbound.
