Thanks for bringing the podcast to us Dan!

Don’t have anything to add specifically for Cruiseher, but one thing I don’t recall hearing about was how the raffle goes to Ouray Mountain Rescue.
As a newb I was not aware of their great work, but you will learn of it at the raffle assuming it’s the same as it has been.
Tons of great items, donated or made, all for their benefit. So if you have the cash you can part with, bring it! And if you don’t have the cash to part with but are a sucker for a good cause be careful how much you bring!

On this week's episode of the Classic Land Cruisers Podcast @POTATO LAUNCHER rejoins me to quell my concerns and let me know what to expect in my first experience at the Solid Axle Summit for their 10th anniversary.

To answer your question about 31" tires, I've run them 4 out of 5 trips to Colorado and they will do most everything you need. This last year I ran 31" all terrains all over the San Juans, including down mineral creek and some crazy off shoot trails that were pretty gnarly that Brent took us on. It really comes down to your spotter, I've followed Brent on most trail runs and he does a great job, so DO NOT hesitate to ask for a spot. Also, make sure you don't just blindly follow an 80 over an obstacle, your line may be very different.

I'll cosign those statements... 1) don't hesitate to ask 2) If you have a 40, don't always follow an 80 line down Mineral.

EDIT: - and not plugging my thread at all. Just a link to my narration going down Mineral last year for those who want to know why I am cosigning

On this week's episode I continue to get excited about @solidaxlesummit_ 10. This time I have @80Lady and @BombCity on to talk about CruiseHer that is a sub-event during SAS10. CruiseHer is a female driver's only run where these ladies get the chance to be the driver for the day and tell the guys to either become the passenger princess or stay back at camp while they get dirty and dusty on the trails..

Sorry there was some technical difficulties the cruiseher episode will be live shortly

Ok there is the correct link for the podcast

For some reason my recording software and mixing and publishing software uploaded the episode twice, I would be flattered if you listened to it twice back to back but you probably won't learn anything new the second time around. The first link that I shared was actually for next week with @Mike Shull

Wow, miss one post and I am 10 pages behind. I see a shirt color has won, looking forward to the blue, everyone loves Bob he is a nice guy, someone leaked the hazing practices of newbies, and that I missed a podcast. I am all caught up mostly, for as long as that lasts.

Thank you again for the opportunity, Dan. Much appreciated, Sir. Looking forward to meeting you in person.

You know the drill, man. The natives are restless.

I made one comment that spurned 3 pages including the discrimination against Bob
