Until I can afford a good set of sliders, the running boards on my rig have to stay :frown:

I had taken them off for a week or so (when I bedlined the sides) and the wife said she just wasn't having it

While plowing my way through huge snow drifts last week, I managed to rip the right rear end cap to the point of where it's just hanging

Are these available through the dealer?

I know I can pick them up used, but if the prices are comparable...........:hhmm:

Happy New Year

snakeeater looks like you only need a driver side....if this is correct ill take the passenger side as im missing my passenger side one.

ure right my fault...saw the pic of the passenger cap and thought he was missing the driver

I need a set of those for the front end of the running boards. If the others need the rear I will take the fronts if they are still available.
Thanks
Tony

3rd or 4th in line for anyone else that might have a set of fronts only...I know a guy that could use them

Thanks!

I just drove back to Orlando and it looks like we're getting snow tomorrow lol

Gotta love Global Warming.;) I also noticed that the temps in Orlando were projected to be in the low 40s today. What is this world coming to?

As for some tech, since it doesn't appear that your truck would see heavy slider abuse, its probably not necessary to spend big bucks on some of the popular slider options.

But don't discount the sliders from Marlin Crawler or Trailgear. I used the 67" ones designed for extra-cab minitrucks. They are very inexpensive considering the other options and are a great size. I'm sure mine have seen more abuse than yours ever will and they have worked out great. Could be a good option if you don't find end caps or if you decide to ditch your running boards.
