Josh theres several Guys From Cali that make the trip every year, You need to research and post up with them for a Mud ship. Even if you can just get it to LA I know several guys that could store it till you can get it further North!

I PM'd Georg a few months ago asking specifically about trying to get Josh a ride at least; never heard back though. Josh, I don't know if you know Georg, but I'd definitely see about finding Valley Hybrids and call him or drop by and get to know him. Even if things don't work out for Katemcy, he's a great guy and a great guy to know. Hell, get in touch with Marlin, he should be there too! (Actually, he rode with Georg as well)

All in all though, if we do for The RoundUp just as we did for SCC, it'll work out perfect I think. I'll get John, Josh, and Sid's trucks from Atl some weekend prior to the event. I'll take off a day earlier than the Atl crew and have the trucks there when y'all arrive. Sid already said he could [tentatively] drive over with John and pick Josh up at the airport on the way (unless Josh rides with the Cali crew). Then, of course, I'd bring the trucks back to Atl shortly thereafter. Or, even better, lets have an event a couple weeks afterwards and I can meet everyone there (GMP in early April maybe since GSMTR won't be there?).

Exactly what I was thinking.

Okay, Sid and I are on the same page, that's 50%. I own the transport though so that makes my vote count more :flipoff2:; therefore I'm making a command decision: John and Josh are going - Make it hap'n!

Sounds good I will talk to dad about it and start making it happen with work.

Dates are up in the first post thanks to W.L.

March 14-17. Mark your calendars!

Bump! Anybody else thinging of going besides Steve and I?

Ted you think that Ol' Goat will make it to Texas and back?

Josh is supposed to be working towards it, but I haven't had any updates since the above post.

This will be my next ride - that's right, almost two FULL months of no wheeling for me!

It's not looking very good so far. It's hard to get off work when you just start a new position but we will see.

Your priorities are ALLLLL screwed up buddy!!! hahaha

This is the proper order: :steer: :princess:  :bang:(work)

Well Sid, I know John is out for sure and its not lookin good for Josh either. I know you said it won't be worth it for you unless there's multiple people to ride over with you, so do you have any other ideas? Is Adam a possibility? Obviously just me and you on my trailer won't be worth it for you OR me, but I'm probably taking the big trailer no matter what cause I hope to pick up a large load of fuel in Dallas (for GSMTR and Moab).

HENDOG, are you still on the fence or what?

Slight chance I could go. but really wasn't planning anything big before GSMTR , followed closely by Rubithon 25TH in Tahoe, then our big fall trip Co/Utah. Let me get this trip to Hawaii (25th me and :princess: Big Island :flipoff2:) Over, and I'll take a serious look at it. By mid Feb I'll know better.

Katemcy isn't any big deal if my trailer isn't full anyway. I may only have room for two extra trucks because, if I don't get a custom fuel tank made by then, I'll need a good bit of room to carry a few of my storage totes for oil pickup in Dallas.

Josh, I know it hasn't been long since you last posted, but any new outlook?

I really hate that the interest wasn't bigger for this trip.
