Sorry that was some mis information there from me, you do NOT have to cut down the 100 series pads for them to fit. NO template required. You only need to remove the shims which gives you a little more width in the caliper.
Sweet! I was getting tired of swapping out those pads so often, what a great idea! Thanks!

Some further updated pics. Still not finished. There are no springs in the rear so that is why it looks low at the back.

Just thought I would throw it out there but me and the family will be flying to California (from Australia) in March and I would love to catch up with some locals.

Nice buid! I love the shot of you standing on the top cutting in to the top. I would love to do that just to piss off my neighbors.

Hit up SoCal 80's (Link in my sig.) when it get's closer I'm sure one of us at least can meet up for a pint of piss. Or whatever you Aussies call it.

Ford Falcon?

Falcon XB to be precise.

My uncle (in Queensland) had one for years. Great car. Now he's old and drives a Volvo .

Great Cruiser you have there, and an excellent write-up, too!

Thought I would add some pics of the truck all boken down after only 3 weeks on the road. I destroyed the CDL. I am now installing a part time kit and have to re groove and shorten my longfields to fit the Aisin hubs.

Also if anyone has heard of the recent bushfires in Victoria Australia I am sad to say that the house in the background of the pics above was burnt to the ground last week. :(
