The oil pressure sending unit wire had broken off. I was going over last details and found an empty plug between the air cleaner and washer tank. With some help I found that I hadn't installed the sending unit yet.

Hopefully the solder will hold.

Last year after rebuilding the head and only getting 3000 miles before the bottom end let go the left front brake started going bad, probably from sitting so long prior to the work then. The back side pistons in th caliper froze and wore out the rotor unevenly.

New parts are going in...

The np205 front output gear was a spacer for driving the old rotor off from the hub.

I dropped my kid off to carpool to a CAP event at the Kalamazoo Air Zoo and headed to work to use the welder.

The forward pipe and front of the muffler are welded. I'm pissed because I couldn't get the heat and wire speeds right and kept burning through.

Once the O2 sensor blocks are done and welded on I'll go install it and finish the front brake.
