Any idea where I can find that one line? I've not had any luck locating one.

Looking at the diagram I show a small tube up at the master and then the two tubes that go down to the right side frame rail. Part number is 4731560240. Can't guarantee it correct but diagram shows it at the master cylinder. Comes up NLA in many places. Amayama shows it available for cheap, $6.27. Calling it tube, front brake, no 5. Cheap enough would give it a try. Been hit or miss ordering parts from them that are NLA in other places.

"Mark" is Mark of Mark's Off Road - 65swb45 who posted above.

He has the part you need.

Though as others have suggested, if that line was rotted enough to break, you probably need to address more than just that line

Who is "Mark"? I'll follow up with whomever you suggest.

@65swb45 , he's old school you have to call him and leave a message. Post #15 in this thread. IDK, If he can help.

Soak fittings with Kroil for several days. Use the flair fitting wrenches. Copper Nickel solid lines kits are available - you can make them lines yourself - threads and vids are around. Braided stainless hose could work - it will have a softer pedal due to more flex than solid lines.

Earlier this year I put on a new clutch master and slave. It came with a longer braided stainless hose that replaced the OEM soft and hard line. I can't tell any difference even though the hose is like 3' longer than the stock 2 piece u

That proportioning valve probably stopped working years ago.
What makes you think that? I have a replacement hard line on the way but is there a way to tell if the proportioning valve no longer works? Is it as simple as getting the truck up to speed and hitting the brakes to see if the rears lock up?
