So I horse-traded for new rear emblems for my 77. They did not come with the "stand off brackets" or nuts for mounting.

Should they have?

I reused the ones for the 4wd emblem but my truck didn't have a rear TOYOTA Emblem. (Sticker from CCOT is in pic).

So, I found the nuts on Cruiser Corps site...but can't find a pair of the stand-offs (no idea what they are called).

Help?

Garth, form follows function. If the emblem has a steel stud embedded in a plastic base, it will have a stanchion. If the stud goes into metal, the metal should sit flush and not need one.

Those pesky little things WERE one of the things you could count on Landcruiserparts.net to post on eBay when Vic owned the business. No idea if BTB is doing the same with the inventory.

If you're not doing a resto a couple of oversized washers will work just fine.

Thanks guys!

...and done! I hade 2 nuts in my stash theat fit. Unlike the 4wd emblem (thanks Mark) a couple of rubber-backed washers and the 2 rogue nuts and I am in business.
