Quick gas tank hoses question... (1 Viewer)

Can anyone tell me, in order, what each of these go to for sure?

My new electric fuel pump has three inlet/outlets and I am trying to figure out routing to eliminate some of these.

The small tubes you have pictured (QTY 5)?

The 4 in a row are vapor lines from the tank. The one below should be running vapors from the vapor separator up to the charcoal canister.

The 3 lines on the pump could be out to fuel rail, return line, and ?

From your thread, the 3 lines at the pump are: out to the rail, return and vent.

So you could tidy things up and just run 1 vent line to the vapor separator.

Not sure how your custom tank is set up to vent. If it has vent lines, I would try to keep all the vent lines venting.

The tank has a like 7? Holes in it PLUS the 3 there.

Are any of them for vents? Not sure how well that Holly set-up will vent, you have a big ass tank!

I’ll wager the two on the Pass side are pickup & return, the 5 on the Driver side are the match for your 5 hoses.

right, but now I’m using 3 on my fuel pump.

40 would be good.
