I've been pretty inactive on my build since we sold our house in the East Mountains this spring and moved into a small rental house with boxes in any free garage space. Idea is to build a new home in the valley with a detached workshop. This month we finally broke ground and poured the foundation on tuesday. Should be done in the March or April timeframe.

Where is the pit?

4" or 6" slab?

no plans for a two post hoist then?

I would have liked 20' cielings, a lift, and an overhead crane, but just happy I finally get a 800ft^2 detached shop.

Thats a 10' garage door so I can get the 40 in even if I installed a roof rack or went up to 35" tires

My Hero!! Well done

Great timing, snow is coming!

That's pure porn right there, I tell you what!!!!!

You going to mud that drywall? That is the worst part of it all. We just got done with a workshop/studio in the yard and the mudding took longer than putting in the slab and framing the whole thing up.
