So I am 99% sure now that the large armature the glass bolts to does not bolt down anywhere to the door itself.

I am also fairly sure the mini armature does bolt down to the door (2 bolts)

Now that I see the connectors are wrong PLUS the little metal guide that holds the window inplace on the large armature didnt come with this aftermarket unit I am just gonna return it to Orielly's and order a OEM Toyota assembly.

And I mean even if i wired it up that clamp like brace for the glass itself is missing alltogether and there's no way to get it off the old assembly.
Suggestions appreciated

Also search this forum for the FSM (Factory Service Manual). You will definitely need one.

Or just ask for stuff over and over and never do a search. That always makes people happy to help.......

I have my LR window zip-tied up and the complete regulator out of the truck when I was diagnosing it 4 years ago. Haven't got back to completing that part of the project.

Listen to and read everything by @jonheld . Read a lot of the stuff by @LS1FJ40 , but only believe part of it, because HE thinks the 3FE is the greatest ever made, and to me, it's just too slow, but so is he........

The only people that think the 3FE isn't the greatest are people that haven't owned a 3FE. It is purely jealousy.

Definitely read everything Jon Held says. He knows his sh!t!

I know enough to be dangerous...but don't worry, you can't hurt the 3FE!

Sorry, all I saw was "AlohaJen" "pictures" and "full body shots" and my Mud posting instincts took over.
But somebody has to post some LC pics in this thread! OP, don't mean to bust on you, we try and have a good time in this forum....but it looks like you are in crisis mode looking for answers to your window issues, wish I had solutions for you.

@Aloha Jen I was referring to seeing the OP's new 80 instead of just the inside of the doors but that certainly works!
