Thank you. I'm super happy how it turned out.

Turned out awesome, I was in a hurry and posted from my phone earlier. I'm running a 2f from a 81 FJ60 in my 72 40 so your build has a lot of info that I've been looking for, plus great entertainment and pics.

I ordered a reproduction overflow bottle and cap with hoses because the generic setup I made won't suck water back into the radiator

Does anyone have a bracket that holds this to the firewall?

Also, I'm looking for the metal horn that goes between this hose and the grill.

Are you talking about the intake scoop?

I bought one from cruiserparts.net

@dnp , do you have the linkage assembly that goes between the gas pedal and carb?

Found them both at Cruiserparts.net

Installed a fan shroud

I had to trim another 1/2" off the plastic 80 series fan

I did it with an air cutoff wheel because I could not get the fan off without pulling the radiator. I also had to cut the fan shroud in 1/2 to install it.

Put the door back together. The runner that the window rides in has a roasted gasket so I filled it full of 3m weatherstrip adhesive. Hope it holds. The right new weatherstrip in the runners really pulls hard on the window. If it holds the first trip down tomorrow I'll lube the channels with something.
