I think Memorial Day is observed the last Monday of May...
 
The Pig gods are crazy, or at least they have one hell of a shared sense of humor. But I believe my pig and I will visit you on the drive back if that's ok. Some long term planning here but I've pretty much decided I will drive the i70 route home and swing by Death Valley and Mono Lake on the way back to San Fran.

We'll have a toast to Frankencruiser in your absence. But slowly and surely, someday Frankencruiser and MovieStar will be together.

I just posted an update to the Steel Soul doc thread. Right now at a time TBD on sunday the 1st I'll be hanging around Bruce's Bar in Severance with at least Jason and TJ, and hopefully Ige and Pighead and Julie and Paul andanyone and everyone with a pig and a story (and what pig doesn't have a story - maybe that's what we love about them).

With updates to this thread coming in as the week progresses.
 
I can't do Saturday as I have to be down at redline working on my brothers pig, but I could do Sunday

Happy to host you on your way through, whenever that is. Or anyone else ever over in this direction. Might even come over for any coming out party. Assume there'll be red carpet and interviews on the driveway.
Death Valley is a great excursion...we did a week of spring break camping there a few years ago and on the Mohave Road south of Baker.

So next Sunday the 1st looks to be good. Afternoon? Early evening? or later...? Bruce's is open 10-8 Sunday.

Mr. Pighead sir I am PM'ing you the address but for all others it is 123 1st Street in Severance.


(BTW Sunday is all you can eat Rocky Mountain Oysters)
