I will be pulling mine back out today. I am going to modify the stock high/low shift fork as the one they send is warped and they still do not have any good ones. I am also adding twin sticks. The factory set up has a lot of slop in it. Hope it makes is shift smoother! Good luck with yours.

I guess we will see how the new cases do. I am really not impressed with any part of their customer service. They have ignored every email by me and Ryan have sent them and the only way to get ahold of anyone has been to not only call but repeatedly call to finally get to speak to Matt who then called up Ryan and describes me as “A ****ng whack-job” when I was nothing but nice and professional
Then blames every email sent to him by both of us on the spam folder.
They still are totally silent on paying any labor to rebuild the case again.

Sounds like AA still hasn't fully accepted responsibility for your faulty casting. Is there any chance you'll be able to make the CRR?

No and I honestly don’t think they will step up at all to make it right as far as the labor.
I will say on this case they were not sealed in styrofoam like the first case so hopefully they did some quality controls and checked this case before they shipped it.
I will not be able to make Relic at all.
My daughter graduates from high school Wednesday and we are going to have a family vacation to celebrate during the time it is.

I mocked up the AA twin sticks. Pretty straight forward but like the Orion no instructions. It shifts much better. I can feel the detents in the high low and positive locking in. No slack like before. I may need to bend the shifters.
I have decided to leave the AA shift fork in now that the new shifter has the leverage to shift it ok. We will find out at RR if that was the right decision. I only had a few hours to work on it this afternoon. I will finish up Sunday. I have to go to my stash and get another rear driveshaft. I guess I have been rock crawling this thing too much....

I got the trans back in. Leaking rear main ended up just being oil pan. Always good practice to pull clutch on and off....

It sure does sucks to work out in the new shop, only two mini-splits and two ceiling fans set to 70 deg. I can not wait to get back to work where the heat works all year round. Not sure what I was thinking!

Tor the diff. out to re seal it and swap the lock right out for an Aussie locker. Found my diff was out of spec for the Aussie ordered shims hope they come in time if not the Lock Right will go beck in.
also took the rear bumper off to weld in more Supports. 4 bolts are not enough with the 37 hanging off of it.

I want to make an "attic rack" for my truck. Does anyone know what you call, and where I can get, the material for it? It is basically heavy-duty ventilated shelving. Looks like this:

Are you talking about a cargo divider to go behind the back seat? I’ve been looking for that type of material to make a fire wood rack for my trailer.
I was looking for one of these wire pallet creates.

That is the type of material I want, but I don't want a cargo divider. Some people have installed a shelf in the cargo area using the attachment points for the third-row grab handles. Seems like a nifty storage solution.
Yeah baby. That's what I need.

Looks like AA's quality assurance has been out to lunch... for a long time. I got great support when I went through my purchase, but it was in 2004. Things must have really slid downhill since then.
