I'm not sure that sliders short enough to not require cutting are worth it?

My 2¢ is to get them long. If not, you may wind up tearing up the section of your rocker panel that's NOT protected.
Better to trim to the line you want than have it torn off on the trail.
But again, that depends upon what type of wheeling you plan on doing.

So I tried ordering from these guys yesterday and today they've sent me a message on WhatsApp of all places (the number matched their website).
I wanted to confirm that I'd be getting a set of black panels since my GX is Atomic Silver and I think going with a black rocker is really the only color that would work without color matching it.
Anyways, so I messaged them back, and they confirmed that I can get a set of black ones (the color isn't indicated on the listing)

So they send me the link to pay, and I see there's a $49 charge for "Sending WhatsApp"...

Will update with more details... I really want those panels lol

I'm not really sure what the deal is now, they keep sending me WhatsApp messages. Supposedly they're saying that the black color adds exactly $49. Gonna pass on these I think, I don't really have confidence in spending this much money on this website.

Here is the simplest and cheapest way to pick up a set of Prado 150 side panels...

Step 1: Go to Croober and search "Prado 150 side". Find a listing for the color that you want in the condition that you are happy with. Some of the listings have the side steps as well as the skirts. At a minimum you want the skirts and the mud flaps. If the listing includes the side steps that is fine, Jesse can dispose of them for you to save on shipping costs.
Step 2: Contact Jesse Streeter and let him know you are interested in ordering something off of Croober and give him your information as well as the link to the Croober item you want.
Step 3: Once you work out the details with Jesse he will send an invoice for the items on Croober and shipping to his facility.
Step 4: Once Jesse receives the panels he will provide an invoice for shipping to you via air freight.
Step 5: Order Toyota part # 76924-13020. You'll need 12 of these total and don't expect to find them at your local dealer. Mine had no idea what these were so I ordered a set of 3rd party on Amazon.
Step 6: Wait for your panels to arrive and install!

I won't say total cost out of respect for Jesse's process but I will say this is much more affordable than anyone has listed on this forum or any other. In total it took 11 days from step 2 to step 6 and I couldn't have been happier with his communication throughout.

Enjoy!

I'll do this, thank you!

Understand the confidentiality of Jesse’s prices, but will shipping be considerably cheaper than what the “shipping quote” is directly from Croober? Croober shows ~$500 to TX. I actually do want the Prado side steps to go with the Prado rocker panels I already have. I just couldn’t stand the look of the stock GX460’s. Plus have a kiddo on the way and need the steps for the wife.

I can't answer for everyone's situation but in my case yes it was cheaper to go through Jesse. The other issue is that some Croober/UpGarage locations won't ship large items. The listing I purchased had the note "※ Personal home delivery is not possible for large-sized items" but Jesse was able to work around it.

It actually ended up not being any cheaper for me

You might be better off just cutting the side steps and picking up 5th gen 4Runner side steps for next to nothing, there's a bunch on CL where I live.

Man this is great! I was actually looking to get these prado rocker panels but it seemed like too much work... so I ended up just hacking my stock side steps instead. As for the sliders - they should bolt right up but you probably want to order the 4runner trail fitment. Good luck and happy modding!
Hope to see more modded 460s soon!

With the side steps removed it just didn't look right:

So I cut the upper portion out of the stock side step and remounted it.

Then added some bolt on sliders from Rocky Road Outfitters (make sure you order for 4runner trail)

Ok. Sorry for the empty reply. I have a question not exactly related to this thread. I saw a GX like this in Johnson City yesterday that had the older bumpers and a heritage grille. Is this something you bought as a kit, or is your GX older? I have a 2019 and the two things I expecially hate are the side steps and the front grille.

Forgive my oversight. I just realized all the pictures here are of "pre-hideous grille" GXes. The heritage grille I saw was definitely an add-on, though.

I did mine today but I cant make the front 2 clips go in and the rocker panel is longer than the fender. For those of you who swapped the pardo rocker panel did you run into the similar problem?
