Wonder if I can have a shop build a hydraulic line to make this work on my 91? If that is a high pressure line, why would Cruisers and Company use simple hose clamps on it? Maybe the pressure isn't that much?View attachment 4182291
There is no reason to have a shop build you high pressure lines. All the cooler does is circulates the fluid.
Take a look at this schematic for the power steering lines. You will see that the HP lines are mainly from the actual pump to the steering box, the lines from the cooler are all low pressure lines as you can see from the schematic as well.

Glad I could of been of assistance. I try to use schematics of peoples wiring installs and schematics from parts catalogs.
 
When my old radiator expired I salvaged the trans cooler element from its bottom tank for the paper clip on mine when it gives up the ghost.
It can serve the same purpose as the paper clip - just need to make a mount for it which wouldnt be too difficult
