I heard through the grapevine from two suppliers that the people who manufacturer the aftermarket new style turn signal have stopped making them. I know Cruiserparts has just gotten them in (as I now have a pair) I don't think they have many. I think MAF is getting some also. Just wanted to pass it along. May be the last time to get them?

Are these ones with the correct FJ55 bevel?

You mean the base? Then the answer is yes.

FJ40 bases have a steeper angle. The base is the only difference.

Talked to Steve-O about these a few weeks ago. I have been waiting for them for a couple of months now. Sounds like I ought to get ahold cruiserparts for a pair since Steve thought it would be another month or two until he got some. Sounds like he may never get them.

Turn Signals

I order a set from Crur-Parts today. they have three version, cheap aftermarket, expensive aftermarket and OEM. I purchase the expensive aftermarket about $70 per light. I did not think OEM were still available, they had a set and wanted $199.00 per light so I stopped by my local Toyota Dealer to check on the OEM , they claim there a few pairs left so I ordered a pair for $122. per light. They should arrvie in five days, will see what arrives.

ordered a new one for an fj 55 from Cparts, they sent me one for a fj40; when I called them .........talked to "Jacob" and they are sending me a "Bracket" so it will fit the pig..........? now I will have an original pig turn signal and an adapted one..........will have to see how things look; apparently they do not have ones for the pig.........the young guy I talked to "Trevor" aparently did not know about the difference
