A friend parked this in December 2018 due to not passing smog. 1992, 22RE and 4x4
He's moved it in the parking lot every month up until two months ago.
Price was too good to pass up... well, tune might change later but excited to start a new project.
Planning to clean it up, sound deaden interior, fluids/maintenance and get it passing smog.
Maybe refresh the suspension and brakes, see how things go once its fired up again.
Might paint it as well, not really a fan of the color but I said that about my 60 when I got it.
Will be putting the stock 60 wheels on this truck, maybe color match to what ever color the camper goes. Off white or somethin.

The truck looks to be in good shape body wise (apart from the missing passenger wiper arm and some damage to the passenger front fender area).

I will be following along!

congrats

Welcome to the madness! Nice truck.

Its got its issues for sure. I'll get more picts when I get her home and washed up.
My toyota history goes something like this... 86' 4x4 22r pickup, 92' 4x4 v6 longbed, 99' 2wd tacoma, 89' v6 4runner blazeland with custom flippac (sold before finished), 3rd gen 4runner v6 e-locker.
Currently 4th gen 4runner V8 and an 85' FJ60.

I really want to put a Stout body on the 92' but trying to be logical. HA

I dig it! Absolutely loved my '93 standard cab. These are fantastic little trucks. Lots of potential to do what whatever you want from stock-ish to mild overlander to rockcrawler. Mine was somewhere between overlander and rockcrawler but probably more of a crawler.

Love all the builds and renderings you do @Box Rocket .
The other day I was day dreaming of putting in OM617 engine and transplanting a chinook onto it. Pipe dreams.
The future will tell.
