On road or off road use? I've found there is a world of difference between what will hold a phone on road, and what will hold off road.

I just bought the Peak Design vent unit here and it is tits... easy, solid, magsafe, charging... I really think that I am going to forego the whole Hamilton carplay upgrade ($500-$800 installed) and just use this along with bluetooth... really solves the problem if you just need the phone for Maps and music IMHO.
My 200 came with this (thanks Chris!) and I haven't felt any need to upgrade, it works.
Where did you buy the base cover center speaker?
I saw this just the other day and ordered, i cant wait i had bought some "Off Roam' holders that clamp to the vents and their chrome strip. they are just OK and use a ball that is smaller then RAM so they don't fit a standard ball mount...It's OEM with the accessory bracket from here: OEM-Style Accessories for Lexus, Land Cruiser & G-Wagon | Leather & Dirt - https://leatheranddirt.com/
I drilled a hole in the OEM cover and installed a rubber grommet to run cables through
Same here. Love the Gamiviti mount.I've been using the Gamiviti dash mount solution with a rail for ram mounts. One arm is for the magsafe and one for a quad mount. Working great.

that is the mount I will be using for sure. It seems to make the most sense. and the most to flow with multi devices, tablet, phone, hand mic
