I need a sunroof track and cables...also need new front seats for this thing. The seat bottoms are shredded

Those pads are close to half life- still quite a few miles left - unless you’re itching to spend money- reevaluate
In 6mo.

That diff drain plug on the other hand…..

I was looking at the one on the left. Might be wrong about it though. I'm just surprised how quickly the front pads wear on these trucks...

Definitely gonna need to address the front diff situation. It's having intermittent CDL problems in high range. Probably just the button losing contact. I can hear the relay flashing back and forth then *bam* the CDL disengaged at 35 mph on a downhill. What a terrible noise...

Its hard to tell from the picture that the one side is more worn than the other- dragging pad could wear faster on one side- check slide pins or piston (for corrosion and not retracting fully).

Fyi- Advance auto (carquest) has a premium pad (platinum pad) I think made by Akebono that is very good and not expensive

Scored a $250 front diff and driveshaft from a 2003 LC

This will make it a lot easier to fix mom's transfer case issues (a 2003 LC t-case will bolt up to a 98 LX, right?)
