Came across this last weekend, owner is undecided on letting it go. Is this a parts rig or a possible build project? Newbie to the 55 scene, what are your thoughts Mud?

I will always lean toward saving, but with windows out and a humid environment, I would plan on lots of floor work - Bob will have you covered for parts, but I think that's got to be part of your plan. Not known too many land cruisers to rot on the frame, but I would look at that too in this case.
