some more, not a real ramp, just the shop entrance by the loading bay.

What weight rating springs do you have? Have any pics of your rig SOA with parabolics on level ground? I like the height of your rig.

Do you have the TIC or TNT brand springs?

i just have the cheaper set, they are the 2 leaf pack, and did not settle hardly at all with the weight on them. my cruiser is a bj60, and i suspect the 3.4 litre inline 4 diesel with 5 speed is a bit lighter an 2f with auto. thanks by the way. ill try and get some more pics on level ground this weekend.

i havent really got to drive it yet, the parabolics lifted it a bit more than i thought and now i have to take a bit off the yokes on the front driveshaft, plus i pulled the rear driveshaft to do the u-joints and havent put it back in yet. i will have it in tommorrow and maybe take it for a drive. the front suspension seems stiffer than the springs i had on before, but has a better feel to it, and still articulates. i only drove it around the parking lot and jumped on the bumper to try and get a feel, but from what i can see i like them alot, and probally should have done the rear too. I also made new shackles for the front and used greasable shackle pins, so it is quite a bit smoother. Ill give you some more feedback this weekend or early next week. maybe ill stop by waynes or someone elses to get a 3rd party comparison.

freakin ridiculous!

does anyone know of a lift kit that doesnt cost as much as my whole rig? seriously! I paid 2200 for my rig, and now I'm going to outlay another 1400 bucks for a lift kit? they're springs right?! I really do envy the j**p guys sometime, at least you can get a liftkit for under 12 million.....

Word!!!

why is the 40 lift kit half the cost of the 60? is there really that much more steel in those spring packs?

Where? I went over this in a different thread, and woulkd like to know who actually is selling 40 kits for half the cost of 60's.

Every where I looked like brands and like kits are not that far apart.

Got the new springs installed over the weekend. Rode very nice on the way home, have not tried them off road yet.
Installed the springs in the front first, felt REALLY bouncy. Then we realized those were the REAR springs.....
The truck seems to be nice and level. I'll try to post some pics later this week.

did you get the tnt or the tic setup? what number of springs did you get? 2 up front 2 for the rear, or what?

Glad to hear you got them on your rig and so far so good. I'm interested in how they do over time with constantly flexing and a constant weight on them.
