Sorry been working on my engine swap and didn't have the money left over at this time for this project.

Bad news for me though if they aren't planning on selling these :(

there is a company in west australia that makes them. i researched cost for them and you would be talking $1700 AUD for a full kit minus shock absorbers, plus shipping.

talkin to people on australian forums these springs are apparantly worth the money, they use them on everyhting from fj40s, 70 series utes all the way up to mack trucks and road trains which operate in some of the harshest conditions in australia.

Go for it Matt, I'll buy your OME :D

I was just about to ask if anyone was interested. I emailed steveo for prices and such. Can't wait to see MAF shipping quote. :frown:

Chris, if I go this route, you will be first inline. The are the medium duty and not the dakar ones. It is still not a for sure thing yet, but I will keep you posted.

Those prices are crazy! I'm just gonna order OME through Cruiser Outfitters.

yeh those prices are crazy, i'm still planning on buying some when i have enough money, maybe in a year or so.

someone has to try them out eh.

Searching the web for information on these seems to lead me across the pond to Europe. I guess I need to find a European 4x4 forum and talk with those chaps.

All Man-A-Fre offers is the two leaf setup for and aft. I would think someone bought up their three and four leaf packs, but if people did where are the posts?

With parabolics, you don't need that many springs, that is the advantage. I think 3 springs in back is like heavy omes. Apparently they allow for some sweet flex! I am still waiting for steveO at MAF.

Any update on this? seems like a good deal, but is it worth it?

Just curious...
