you know what this is and how hard they are to find. from a 1962. I need the money, which is the only reason im selling. original dark green paint, original primer, PERFECT for a resto, or collector. NO RUST! asking 700 OBO here on Mud. Everything in the pic will come with the sale. Have it wrapped for protection.

During the peak I've seen just the stamped bezel sell for $600 on Ebay. Then a few places started making them out of Fiberglass. Then repos starting coming from Pakistan. Now you can buy stickers. So it really depends on how original a person wants. The bib with parking lights went all the eay into 69. But the grill with no emblem was only used with the stamped bezel. This is probably the rarest part here. Two of my early bezels were bought as just bezels and who know where the grill ended up. Finding a complete setup for sale doesn't happen very often and if your looking to do a early FJ40 restore this is a great change to own and worth while trying to make a deal on.

FJ, Thats pretty much whats going to happen.

As to others about the price, if you are interested in this and dont have 700$ then PM me and MAKE AN OFFER!!! I can sit around ALL day here on mud and tell people on classifieds posts that their part isnt worth what they are asking because i saw it here or there for a lower price. If you don't like my pricing and are either not interested or dont want to negoatiate, then why even bother posting?

You must realize that this is NOT a Paki reproduction, it is NOT fiberglass, it is NOT a keychain. It IS original red lettering, it is Made by TOYOTA, it IS rust free, it IS original paint and primer(under the sea foam green color. lol)

You know what, fxxx it. I'm taking the fxxxing thing off the market for now. People want to sit around and bash the price and bitch and moan about the price. Suck it up, if you don't like a price for an item, make a offer or just move on.

Maybe I'll post this back up sometime next year maybe not. At least it will be 50 YEARS old by then... if you want this setup for a lower price go pm the guy that has 3 of them. I'm out on this thread...
