Yes all of the hardtop parts are included, the gaskets are not in great shape though.

I have had a few inquiries lately, but no one at my doorstep with cash. I am going to come down to $8000 even, but that is my bottom dollar. I will take off $1000 if you do not want the hardtop.
 
The log is still an option, I couldn't trash it.

Winter is approaching and I found a buyer for one of my GX470's, if I can move this soon I can get into a nice 100 or 200, ,new price of $7500.00!

Just read your build thread, you have done a lot of work over the years, and you took it al over the place with you, I'm surprised you're selling.
