Can’t really tell truck orientation from your drawing but looks like you have cross bars going perpendicular to the direction of loading. Might become an issue with drawers as stuff drags across those. Thats why I opted for top supports parallel to truck orientation.

Where the drawing says 7.5”, that is facing the rear of the GX. There is only a cross bar on top so loading should be smooth. Nothing perpendicular on the load floor until you hit the back of the platform. Thanks! Time to order.
