I just need two bolts, the rest of the hardware I have should work ok. I guess the seatbelt setup is based on the newer rollbar - 1974+, the older ones are a 'figure it out on your own' type situation :)

That's totally silly. Why buy just 2 bolts when you can purchase them by the POUND! :D
 
Unlike some people, I don't have 4 or 5 large steel cabinets to put my nuts and bolts in :)
 
Little things make me happy .... like needing a bolt and being able to reach into the bin and there it is. Ahhhh.
 
I have hardware in stock because stopping what I am doing for lack of a $ 0.17 bolt is just silly.
 
The old club in KC did a group buy for metric stainless bolt sets. They somehow used their cruisers and figured out approx volume by size and each person bought in bulk of the same mix of product.
 
I may be the only one that is really getting a kick out of this ....

Brent, our 1st grader, is going on a class camping trip this weekend. All 25 kids and parents will be there. Now I'm in no way against hugging trees but let's just say there will be a 5 to 1 ratio of Prius Hybrids to every other vehicle. So I asked Brent what vehicle he wanted to take camping.

The 80 he says!!

I hope I'm able to get a pic slid between a gaggle of hybrids.

Sure cleaned up nice! I wonder tho if it wouldn't have an even bigger impact of it was covered in mud?.... Hmmmm.
 
Why would anyone take a Prius camping!

Except as a battery back up for electronics! LOL
 
So I walk out the front door at 10:30 last night with 3 dogs, one on a leash. I had fallen asleep on the couch and was walking the dogs then going to bed. Then I hear someone yelling out by the road. Then I see two light colored horses running across the front of the property.

My mind says, "hey we have a couple light horses, and then I see the third horse that is dark brown. SH**!!!!! "HEATHER"!!!!! My neighbor, who also has horses looked out his front window and saw our horses go by heading down the main road toward the lake. He ran out, grabbed a lead and ran to the road to find them heading back up the hill.

After I got the dogs back in the house we opened up the two far side gates and started herding them that way, lots of good grass over there and they settled in to grazing. Heather was able to get a lead on the lead horse and the other two followed them into the paddock. Exciting Friday night around these parts.

Any idea how they got out?
 
We have sure latch gate latches which 99.9% of the time are great. I believe it was me that went through last and it must not have caught correctly. Lesson learned. The large, 1,700 lb bugger stepped on my toes this morning, in retrospect I might have left his dumb butt out last night :)
 
Any word on a date for Logan's Run this year. Trying to get my summer fun sorted?
